Glenvale Packaging are pleased to announce that due to a new association we
can offer a highly efficient range of container sorter, feeding and
unscrambling equipment. This equipment is new to the UK market and to
promote this special prices will be offered for the first orders gained within 2008.
Any rigid container can be handled and this can be
offered with a container cleaner incorporated.
This range of compact bottle unscrambler system will accept a random
bulk supply of containers, that are fed from an integrated hopper-elevator
unit into the bowl feeding system, where the containers are brought into a
single line and discharged via soft coated belts (linatex, urethane, neoprene)
into an orienting wheel. During the orienting procedure the containers are
first brought into an oriented horizontal position and then vertical for
discharge onto the customer's conveyor. The containers are handled gently
throughout the unscrambling process assuring a damage free surface to plastic bottles.
