The bed rock of the company is its own product the Mastermeasure a range of simple liquid filling equipment. Built under our control in Northamptonshire these units have and are supplied throughout the world handling a diverse range of liquid products into all sectors of industry.
We can offer you more automated and sophisticated filling equipment, closing and labelling equipment through the company Wick Und Schaefer Gmbh This covers a comprehensive range from small bench mounted units to complete packaging lines.
Glenvale Packaging has since June 1997 represented Schaefer Technologies Inc who are based in Indianapolis USA. This machinery now includes the new LF-10 Liquid Capsule Filling Machine along with the ever popular Model 8s and Model 10 Units. These semi automatic machines handle hard shell two piece capsules to both the Pharmaceutical and Natural Products/Health care industries. We have supplied more than 100 units within the UK, Ireland, Benelux, France and Scandinavia. This also covers equipment manufactured previously with the Elanco name plate. Capsule Banding equipment laboratory scale and small production, Capsule Polishing and other associated equipment complete the range.
Glenvale Packaging has now worked with Sejong Pharmatech for over three years and we have supplied a range of equipment into the UK, Ireland, Spain and Bulgaria. The range of equipment available is the fully automatic capsule filling machines with production speeds from 40,000 up to 150,000 per hour. Other equipment is also available including Rotary Tablet Press, Auto Tablet and Pellet Coating system as well as High Speed Mixer.
With the recent addition of Multipharma Srl. Glenvale Packaging can now offer a further range of small hand filling and semi-automatic capsule filling equipment for the smaller user. Pharmacists and R & D companies can fill and handle small batches and low output needs, all these options are covered as well as Capsule Counting lines, either stand alone or complete with cappers to handle both press on and screw caps. Entry level sachet filler, small blender also within the range.
Glenvale Packaging is the U.K. representative of U.S. Bottlers Machinery Company. For over 88 years U.S. Bottlers has designed and manufactured packaging machinery for medium and high speed liquid packaging applications. The company manufactures a complete line of air cleaners, rinsers, fillers, and cappers. The machines are of a rotary configuration providing packaging speeds of up to 1000 BPM for a wide range of application: juice, sauces, motor oil, household detergents, chemicals, distilled spirits, pharmaceuticals, water, and other similar products.
